Texas grand jury finds no cause for indictment in Sandra Bland case A grand jury in Texas has decided no felony was committed by the sheriff's office or jailers in connection with the death last summer of Sandra Bland, in effect ruling it a suicide, prosecutors said Monday. Bland, 28, was found hanged by a plastic bag in her jail cell three days after she was arrested July 10 during a routine traffic stop. Sandra Bland was a woman who was found hanged in a jail cell in Waller County, Texas, on July 13, 2015. Her death was classified as a suicide by the county coroner, and was followed by protests against her arrest, disputing the cause of death and alleging racial violence against her. Bland was 28 years old when she died. Bland had been pulled over for a minor traffic violation on July 10 by state trooper Brian Encinia. He arrested her following an escalating conflict, during which he alleged that she had assaulted him and which was recorded by his dashcam and by a bystander's cell phone. The officer was placed on administrative duty for failing to follow proper traffic stop procedures, as the release of the dashcam video supports the claim that normal procedures were not followed by the arresting officer.

le 13 juillet, jour du suicide est un jour neutre mais situation en pleine période critique septennale des 28 ans et à cinq mois de l'anniversaire. 
l'après-midi du 10 juillet est le moment de l'entrée dans le jour critique émotionnel E22 ce qui a pu contribuer à l'infraction et expliquer un éventuelle réaction agressive de sandra B. il faudrait connaître aussi la situation du policier Brian Encinia pour voir s'il pouvait se trouver dans son jour critique émotionnel, jour de possible agressivité.

situation du policier Brian Encinia né le 28 juin 1985 donc à proximité de son anniversaire :

c'est donc le jour critique émotionnel E22 du policier qu'a eu lieu l'altercation et l'arrestation de Sandra Bland. coïncidence non sans effet car Sandra Bland entrait quant à elle à ce moment là dans son propre jour critique émotionnel ... E22 donc identique à celui dans lequel se trouvait le policier... et ceci explique probablement le mauvais scénario qui a fini par un suicide... pour une histoire de clignotant...
